OUTDOOR GAMES Students will make, play, and learn some new outdoor summer games. They will make big feet out of cardboard to have a Monster walk. We will make games out of pool noodles, and plastic cups, sponges, etc. Sometimes these games will consist of water and getting wet, so if you want to have a fun summer with a little water come and join us! Relay races, water games, team games are all fun when you play outside and enjoy the sun. We will make a fun snack that goes along with the theme.   SNACK MAKING FUN Fun snack making consists of fun healthy snacks. Kids will make animals with different vegetables and fruits, theme based snacks, and a few with some non (candy) items. We’ll make a recipe book to go along with our snacks, so we can remember what we used for each recipe. Best of all, we’ll get to sample our creations.   Instructor:  Nanette McCurdy K-6th grade  

  UNICORN/RAINBOWS/JEWELRY Oh boy, this class is full of unicorns, rainbows and jewelry making. Always fun activities that come with these three areas of fun!   ANIMALS  3rd-6th grade We will be learning about animals and their classifications. We will make sculptures and animals made from pool noodles. We will finish out the week with a field trip to Hogle Zoo on July 30th (Students that are entering 2nd Grade-6th Grade are eligible to sign up to go on the field trip.  The first 20 students will be allowed to go, unless we have some volunteers to help chaperone the students.  We will have a meeting one of the days of class to share information about the trip.  Leave WWCC parking lot at 7am and return at 6:30 pm Instructor:  Nanette McCurdy 3rd-6th grade
