  Early Childhood Exploration Camp: Be A Kid This Summer session 1 ¡Se habla Español! June 9th -August 6th (TUESDAY -THURSDAY) Be a Kid This Summer: Creative Play & Exploration Camp is a hands-on, play-based camp designed to prepare young children for preschool, kindergarten, and first grade in a fun and nurturing environment. Children will rotate through engaging stations that include simple science experiments, creative arts and crafts, sensory play, building activities, and imaginative play. Daily experiences also include music and movement, games, story time, and themed activities such as “Christmas in Summer,” “Summerween,” and more. This camp focuses on early learning through play, helping children build confidence, social skills, independence, and fine and gross motor development. Inspired by child-centered learning approaches. Activities encourage creativity, exploration, and collaboration. Each day includes a balance of structured activities and guided free play, along with quiet time for reading or small group work. Can register for session 1 and 2. DIGITAL SKILLS FOR EVERYDAY LIFE ¡Se habla Español! Digital Literacy for Everyday Life is a supportive, hands-on class designed to help adults build confidence and practical skills with technology. This course is open to all skill levels, from complete beginners to those looking to expand their digital knowledge. Instruction will be flexible and personalized, combining small group lessons with one-on-one support to meet each learner’s individual needs. Participants will learn essential skills such as using a computer mouse and keyboard, adjusting phone settings, sending emails, accessing and organizing photos, and navigating the internet. More advanced learners will have opportunities to explore topics such as online job applications, digital communication, content creation (including YouTube), and the effective use of modern tools such as AI. This class emphasizes real-life application, helping participants gain independence and confidence in using technology for everyday tasks such as communication, employment, and personal interests. Camp Creepers and Leapers- Herpetology Get ready to hop, slither, and explore! Camp Creepers & Leapers is a hands-on herpetology adventure where young scientists dive into the amazing world of reptiles and amphibians. Designed for curious minds ages 9–13, this camp blends outdoor exploration, creative projects, and real science skills in a fun, supportive environment. Over four action-packed days, campers will investigate frogs, lizards, snakes, turtles and more, with live animals visiting the classroom each day.  Along the way, they’ll keep a field journal, learn how scientists observe wildlife safely, and build confidence in exploring the natural world. A Beginners Guide to Raising Dragons Dive into the world of dragons! We will learn about different "breeds", drawing heavily on various culture's folklore, and learn from a fun book series! We will hatch our very own dragon eggs; each student will decide the features and characteristics of their dragons. Board Games Galore Jr. Get ready to play, think, and move! In this high-energy class, kids will dive into a world of play that blends nostalgic "old favorites" with exciting, modern strategy games and even some life size game play! Beyond just playing, students will step into the role of lead designer to invent and build their very own original board game. Throughout every challenge, we emphasize the "Heart of the Game"—practicing good sportsmanship, learning to win and lose with grace, and cheering on every teammate. You will practice winning with humility, losing with grace, and offering constructive feedback, ensuring that every player walks away with sharper logic and a true appreciation for the spirit of competition.
