More than 400 bird species can be found in Wyoming! Join us as we discover this wonderful world of birds! Learn the basics of identifying different types of birds found in our region: songbirds, waterfowl, and birds of prey. We will make crafts, play games, and venture outside to see what birds we can find around the college campus. Kids will receive t-shirts, their very own bird books, and binoculars for more birding adventures! We will meet Monday - Wednesday and 12:30-3:00pm at WWCC room.#1404; on Thursday we will meet at 7:30 am for an amazing field trip to Tracy Aviary in SLC, UT!  Please bring your own sack lunch, a water bottle, and a sense of adventure! Explore the beautiful outdoors during Nature Camp! Create sun catchers, rock art, chimes, and roast s'mores! We will make Bug Hotels, build bird feeders, and make (and EAT) delicious snacks! Have fun going on a scavenger hunt, pitching a tent, and competing in sleeping bag races! Grades: K-6 Instructor: Nannette McCurdy & Whitney Hollinger

Fly away with us around the world! Come learn about the countries all around our world! We will learn traditions, try snacks, and even learn how to say words in different languages! Each day we will visit a new country and expand our mind and culture. Session one we will visit France, Egypt, Greece, and Netherlands. In this class we will review composition and how to capture a compelling photograph. We will focus more on the images versus what we are shooting the images with. With that being said, phone cameras, inexpensive cameras, digital cameras, iPads, ect. are all acceptable to take your photographs! The device just must be able to transfer images to a computer. Please bring your camera with its USB connection cord, a lunch, water bottle and excitement for photography! Grades: 4-8 Instructor: Jen Wiberg

Capturing elements and shapes, details and textures.  As it progressively gets dark we will capture the night lights and experiment with long exposure photography. We will focus more on the images versus what we are shooting the images with. With that being said, phone cameras, inexpensive cameras, digital cameras, iPads, etc.. are all acceptable to take your photographs! The device just must be able to transfer images to a computer. Please bring your camera, snacks, a cold lunch/dinner, a water bottle, and the excitement for photography! *Please pay attention to the weather and dress accordingly* Grades: 3-8 Instructor: Jen Wiberg
